This New Year's I'm home all by myself. Jeremy is at work and I'm busy feeling sorry for myself. I had to go into work this morning and we were suppose to get out at 12. I didn't get to leave until 2:45. Jeremy had to go to work at 3 and when I got home he was already left.
I have to go into the lab next week. But I also have to work at GeriCare because they're moving all next week. So I don't know what I'm going to do. I guess I'll figure it out.
I'm very excited about sleeping late tomorrow and not traveling anywhere for the holiday.
I need to buy books and I need to get $500 to UK to reserve my spot for school next fall. That will be my next paycheck.
I've been frustrated at work lately because of the folks there. I look forward to leaving every day and coming home. I sort of wish I liked my job better. It's not that I dislike it, I just wish I liked it better. I feel taking advantaged of and overlooked. Oh well.
One more semester folks!

Jeremy is in Richmond, Virginia with his dad helping him work. I'm going to be all by myself this week. Sniff, sniff.
He called earlier but he was still on the road and the phone was about to go dead. I miss him already. Sniff, sniff.
I went to the dentist today. Apparently, I have something that will one day in the future be a cavity but has not yet gotten there. So, I guess I'm getting a filling. I think it's sort of shady. It's on the tooth were I've always had problems with a filling coming out, so I don't think I have one at all. Oh well. Whatever floats their boat. Note to self: never spend 25 bucks on a stupid fluoride treatment. It's a waste of money.
I wish Jeremy were home. Being home by myself stinks. sniff sniff. At least I'm working full time though and have things to keep me busy during the day. sigh.
I love my watch. It is very cool.

Christmas was enjoyable and so was Christmas Eve. I thought some of it would be awkward but it really wasn't.
I got everything I wanted for Christmas, including over 10 gallons of laundry detergent! That's what I'm talking about. It's wonderful. I was telling Jeremy's mother all that I got (the asparagus, the olives, the detergent, the shampoo) and she looked like I had grown an extra head. Oh well, I love it all!
Maybe had fun at Jeremy's parent's yesterday. There were 6 dogs there... it was crazy but so much fun. It made me wish we had more animals in the house. When we move in a bigger house, whenever that may be, I want to other bedrooms. One for an exercise room and another for an animal room. That way, we won't have to keep the litter box in the bath tub and we can shut them up when needed.
I love Jeremy. He's my hero for driving so much yesterday.

love me, love me, say that you love me... need me, need me, go on and need me....
sigh.
My car broke down. Yes, the Passat. We took it in today. Apparently it had two recalls that we didn't even know about.
I got a bonus.
The house is almost clean.
I'm sick of being blamed for things that aren't my fault.
Chris stinks because his GPA is higher than mine.
sigh.

Well, a lot has happened since the last time I updated. Here are the important points:
Jeremy still had his job. Barely, but he still has it. We are in the process of increasing our savings even more so we won't have to put up with some much bullshit in the future.
I got into PHARMACY school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Huge relief. I cried like a baby when Jeremy called me at work and read me the email I received.
I'm done with the semester. Maybe I'll get A's. Maybe I'll get B+'s. Doesn't matter anymore though. I just have to get C's in order to keep my acceptance.
I love my family. I'm sorry I'm ditching you tomorrow. Just know that I love you.

This week has been long. I had a Micro presenetation and a lab practical, a discussion for Senior Sem about my final paper, a Spanish quiz and I had to turn in my labnote book today. But it's all done. I just have two more finals to go through and then I'll be done for the semester. And I'll start working full time at work until next semester.
Jeremy's at work. He's going to go back to mornings in the next few weeks.

still sick
I didn't go to any classes yesterday. I woke up at like 6 because I had to sneeze and the next thing I knew I had snot all over my face and in my hair and was crying like a baby. Jeremy got up and cleaned me up and we went to go sleep in the other bed and it hugged on me and made me feel better. Then when 7:30 rolled around, I felt too bad to do anything, so I just got up long enough to send a pathetic email to all my professors and then crawl back into bed.
I work up just about the time that I hard the mailtruck going up the street. My PCAT scores had came. I got a 94, which means I did better than 94 people in the nation, which means I'm in the top 10%. Who knew studying would help? I faxed my scores over to UK and then sent them an email asking for a confirmation that they got it. They replied back and said they had and that they were processing the information.
So, I started to feel better, but I went ahead and stayed home and did some homework. It seems like I always jump into things when I feel a little bit better and then I end up feeling ten times worse. I did get up and go into work and worked a few hours. When I got home and fixed myself dinner, my nose completely clogged up and I could barely breath. It was horrible.
Jeremy got home after 4ish. I talked to him for a little bit earlier that night. Apparently, a transformer blew or something and they had not electricity with several functions going on. That was a nightmare. When he got home, I woke up long enough to talk gibberish to him and then fall back asleep.
He's still in bed right now. I think I'm going to go cuddle with him some and then go take a shower.
laters everyone!

I'm sick and I completely blame Jeremy for snotting on my last Saturday night when we were stuck in traffic.
I left work early and slept all day and I didn't go to band. I hate feeling sick. And now I still feel like crap but I can't go back to sleep because I went to bed at like 9 last night so I'm all slept out. At least Skit has been very sweet to me all day.
Maybe got her teeth clean today. They look really nice. She keeps on whimper though. I think her gums are hurting her.
I still haven't gotten my scores back from the PCAT. They should have been here by now.
I had a micro test yesterday. I hope I did ok on it.
Jeremy is going to be working late a lot for the next few days. I'm going to miss him. I called him at work earlier and cried to himm because I felt so bad. Hopefully, he will be able to come early. I told him to not come home unless he brought a peace offering in the form of a milk shake for getting me sick. One more week and then the week after that is finals. And then I'll be working fulltime and maybe doing some research at school.
I think I'm going to lie down somemore. I really need to take a shower but I don't want to be cold for the next few hours while my hair dries.

I haven't really been motivated to update the blog. I don't know, I'm sort of in limbo about what to do next. I guess I'll keep chugging away. Really, I'm a big loser. Not very many people care about my life, so why shouldn't I keep writing on the other site? Who cares about retarded people reading it? sigh.
Last night I went to Marriott to have dinner with Jeremy. It was very good. I found out that Jeremy's parents are going to be Florida for Thanksgiving. And because I picked up the shift at work to change out the carts at the nursing home because I thought dinner was going to be late, now we have nowhere to go. We may eat at the Mansion or something. I don't know yet. Very disappointed.
I finally have a dentist appointment on Dec. 27th. I haven't had my teeth cleaned in forever. I have two sores in my mouth. I wish they would go away.
PCAT scores should be coming any day now.

Whole lot of sleeping today and little else...
Yep, I slept alot. I have a Spanish quiz tomorrow... and I didn't really study for that. I guess I'll get up early tomorrow morning and do that. Today we went to some hot wing place for a farewell dinner for Daniel and Anned, two interns from China that will be leaving this week. It was somewhat awkward because I didn't really know anyone, but I did see a guy from work, so I guess that was cool. The food there really isn't very good, especially for a vegetarian. But Jeremy really enjoyed his wings, I could tell. And he told me about them a million times, so I'm sure he liked them. We left early enough so that we could go get some icecream and bring it back home so Jeremy could watch his Sunday night shows. It's funny how I never really watch TV when it's on, because I can't really remember what the shows were about, but I can also not really get anything accomplished studying-wise. Oh well, I'm passing school, so I guess that's all that matters.
Tomorrow, Jeremy is going to have to hall some tooshie to clean up the house. He is going to be cooking and making a good-bye dinner for the Chinese kids at our house. And our house it trashed, so he has alot to do. I know he's going to miss those kids alot. He talks very highly of them.
I registered for classes last week, but I didn't post anything about it. I'm taking Microeconomics, Spanish II, Biochemistry and some history class that Jeremy wanted me to take because his favorite professor of all time is teaching it. Hopefully, I'll enjoy it. I think I may cut my work load down to only 4 days a week next semester. It's going to be rough otherwise.
UK pharmacy school is having another round of interviews in about 3 weeks. So maybe I'll find out if I got in soon. I still haven't gotten my scores yet from the PCAT. I hope I did a ton better. I'm a little nervous about it because I've heard from some other people that they thought it was a lot easier than last time. But then I've also heard from some folks that they did really bad on it. I guess only time will tell.
I hope tomorrow night isn't awkward too... Time will tell for that too.
I would like laundry detergent and a sports watch for Christmas. Thank you. I would also like my wedding pictures back. Jeremy's mother took them FOREVER ago to put them into photo albums for us and we still haven't gotten them back.
I talked to Jeremy today and told him I didn't want to go to any of his family functions if his sister Faith was going to be there. He said he wasn't going to go to any either if she were there. She's in jail right now. Long story... I'll tell you about it later mom when you come up.
Also, if I opened this blog up to you mom, would you want to post things in it under your name? It could be a group thing. Tell me what you think. I'm thinking about opening it up to the family and other close friends... so you can post anything exciting that's going on in our life, or that you want the family to know. Let me know. Love ya!

I've been thinking about all these things that I wanted to write about, but of course, when I'm sitting here at the computer, I can't really remember them.
While I was at work today, one of the little old women from the Lafayette Apartments and asked for some kleenex. So, I took two boxes up to her. When I got there, I saw that she already had several boxes around her apartment. I felt really bad because I had to leave to get back down to the store and I could tell that she really wanted someone to visit with her. She was just sitting there in her livingroom, no TV, no radio, just sitting there on her chair, doing nothing. I felt really bad. I wonder what it's going to be like when I'm old. I never want Jeremy to die because I never want to be alone with out him.
Anyways....
I've been trying to get together a Christmas list together for Jeremy and me. Jeremy wants a ton of expensive things and I want a bunch of cheap things. I have a feeling I'll be getting alot more this Christmas than he will be.
Here's the plans for Thanksgiving. I have to go to work and change out some med carts at LCP. That should take about 2 hours and I have to go at one. Jeremy doesn't know it yet, but he will be helping me. Afterwards, we will be going to Ashland where his family will be having a late dinner. So, then on Christmas Eve, we will be in Louisville, back to Lexington by midnight to be in our own house on Christmas and then off to Ashland for Christmas day. And then next year it will be a flipflop.
We have a nine foot Christmas tree that Jeremy got at work last year. Mom, if you have any ornaments you want to donate us, we'll be glad to decorate our tree with it.

If you haven't been able to tell, I'm been transferring the posts from the other site over to here. It's long and tiring, but I'm going as fast as I can. It's taking so long because I'm trying to delete "goggable" things so that no one will be able to find the site that I don't want to. I know... the lost and unfindable website is sort of a false hope but I'm still hoping. I wish I didn't care about it so much but I do. So, here we are.
I got a 95% on my microtest. I was superexcited. I ran around the house this morning when I woke up and checked blackboard and saw the score. Hehe... I woke Jeremy up with a happy dance in the middle of the bedroom singing "I got an A!!!!!!! I got an A!!!!!"
One of the guys that Jeremy had drama with a few months ago got fired today for stealing money. Good riddance, if you ask me.

I finished my senior sem paper this morning. It was 22 pages in all its glory. Hopefully, I will get a job grade for it so I don't have to redo it for a second grading. I went into work late because of it, but I made it all up by working my rearend off.
Good news... I get to play alto clarinet on the next concert. It's seriously out of tune, but I enjoy it and that's all that matters.
Have I mentioned lately that I hate cold weather? Because I do. I hate cold weather.
I love how Jeremy and I interact. Sometimes I get to analyzing things and I think that Jeremy and I don't do enough "couple" things. Like, we sit at home. He makes dinner, I do homework, and we watch TV. Pretty boring, huh? But that's what we do about every night. But the things that I don't analyze is how we tickle each other and smile and mess around with each other and flirt and just have a flatout cute time together. I like that we have been married over a year and yet we can still make each other smile with our little inside glances and secrets. heh... warm fuzzy feelings all around for everyone.
Hi mom... you're the first person to first the site. Congratulation.

Top 4 Reasons
Ok, so here's the deal. I will be slowly moving the old site over to this site for a number of reasons.
1. This site has a cooler template. I will be doing some changes to it though somewhat when I get more time.
2. I finally figured out a way to sign Jeremy or Virginia, rather than "Virginia and Jeremy" when we write a post. That way you'll know who's writing, even though in all likelihood it's me.
3. There have been some folks that have been coming to the other site that I'm not completely comfortable with, mostly some folks from school. This site is for me, Jeremy, my family, and my closest friends. I want to be more open with the stuff I write on here instead of being focused on what I'm worried others will read.
And finally,
4. Change is good, right?
So, I hope you enjoy. If I pass along access to this site to you, be a dear and don't tell anyone about it. I'll let the people I want to see it do so very shortly.
