so sleepy. And I sorta have a headache. We went to Ashland today to visit with jeremy's mom. Liam was so cute... of course. He really knows how to work it. Liam got to see his great aunt Patty and Judy and even his uncle John and his greatgrandmother. jeremy's grandmother is really rude and wore us very thin.

We got pictures taken of Liam.

Next weekend is blackacres, and the weekend after that is Chicago. Then I'm hosting Catherine (at work)'s baby shower, then New Orleans. and hopefully lots of comp time to save up for the next BGF (big girl fields) whenever she decides to arrive. If I think it, it will be. Right? waiting sucks, and not knowing what the future will bring. I told Jeremy if the next one is a boy, we have to try for a third and he isn't feeling that.

hey, when do babies get out of cribs and into big boy beds? is it when they can put themselves to bed? like, climb into bed on their own?

I guess my milk drying out was a fake out, because now it's back in full force. I did have oatmeal the other day... maybe that jump started it back.

This summer is going to be very busy. it seems like every weekend we already have booked up. I really want to go and visit our families more, and do memorable things (maybe not for Liam just yet, but memorable for me--- I want to remember going to places like blackacres and holiday world when Liam is so little). i know these things will be even cooler when he is older and can interact with them more.

We are trying hard to be more social and have people over for dinners and stuff.

Liam was a character tonight. Laughing and smiling. And he sucked on my face tonight which he hasn't done in a while:)

My milk is going away. Liam is barely drinking 4 oz at daycare everyday, so i cut back to pumping once at work. And he nurses half heartedly at night/in the morning/when I get home from work. my poops never seem to be "full" anymore. But, he's still drooling and he is having wet diapers every 2 hrs or so, so I guess he isn't dehydrated. i asked the daycare to give him a sippy cup with water in it to play with at lunch. if he wasn't getting enough fluids, i hope I would be able to tell.

Then, I think maybe it's because I'm pregnant and that's just my body's response. But, that doesn't make sense because women can nurse all the way through their pregnancy. I don't know. I've already taken two tests, and they have been negative. I should start my period on saturday, so i guess I will wait until after that to take another one.

funny thing happened while we owned two houses. We didn't have to pay the first months mortgage on the new house. We got our last month's mortgage refunded on the old house. So for all my worries about having two mortgage payments a month, we never actually had to pay two the entire time. the moral of the story is if you bitch about it enough, it doesn't happen.... um, maybe not:)

I love my life right now. Liam is amazing, and cute ALL the time. We have a couch ordered, a bedroom set ordered, and all we need to finish our house is a garden (working on today), some patio furniture and painting the master. And the basement to be finished, but that's more along the lines of a 3 year plan.

We officially don't have two mortgages, and we get a ton of money back in equity. we had to clean the house ysterday for guests to come over and it took less than 2 hours to clean it from top to bottom.

I think Liam will be crawling by this time next month. Still hasn't rolled over more than once, but it's his body, his plan.

We went yard selling in our very busy day yesterday and got him a play thing that he can stand at for $15 . very good deal as it is $45 new.toy

man, trying to get pregnant when you have no idea when you ovulate is really hard. trying not to get discouraged. Liam was so easy and I have a feeling this next B gender undefined F will be much harder.

so, the buyers stated that the HVAC system could not be inspected because it was too dirty, so they demanded that we pay for a certified person to come out and clean it and do any repairs. Did I mention that the contract we signed clearly states that buyer will pay for all inspections and they can not request repairs on disclosures (we disclosed that the AC had coolant issues and needed to be charged twice last summer)? So, we hire a company to go out there today and take care of the cleaning, and their report was "both indoor and outdoor coils already clean"

So, we are having some issues with the contract on the house. The buyers want us to get the AC inspected, as well as fix any/all repairs on it. Even though the contract we signed clearly states that the buyer is responsible for any/all inspections and no repairs can be requested on defects disclosed already as these were accounted for in the negotiated sell price. And it was very clearly stated on our disclosure form that the AC has coolant issues. Talk about wanting their cake and eating it too.

so, if we go by what THEY want and not by the contract that we both signed, we could potentially have over 6 thousand dollars in repairs. what in the world?!??

so frustrated...
