I am thankful that my days at work fly by. Sometimes when I'm at home, it seems like forever to get from 7:30 to 4pm- it's nice because there is time to play with the boys, get lunch, take a nap, work out... But if I had to think about sitting in one spot at home for that amount of time, it would be horrible. But it's not horrible at work. Because I get so much done even though I'm sitting at my desk for the majority of the day and I'm problem solving and helping patients. and there is so much to do, the time just flies by.
I am thankful for that. When I did my residency and worked on my research during the summer, I hated the down time. Nothing to do, but wait and hope for something do to. So well I ask the residents for help on some things, it is really frustrating when they say they are too busy to look something up for me. It's like "seriously? I've been in your spot. you are NOT that busy"

waiting for the boys to start stirring- 7:41am and everyone is still in bed- except for Jeremy who is out running. It looks like the rain is holding off, which I am thankful for.
uh oh--- the bedroom door is opening:) my bets are on wyatt.
I've been thinking this morning about time passing. It seems like only Yesterday that I married Jeremy but it has been over 10 years. But then again, it seems like I've known him for ever. It makes me worried because it another 10 years, the boys will have one foot out of the door going to college or getting jobs. What do you do when you don't get to see your babies every day?
I guess we will putter around and get the Christmas stuff put away- the outside stuff needs to dry off a bit before we tackle that.
Dear sweet boys, if you ever go back and read this, know that I adore you. I love Liam's sweetness and kindness, Wyatt's silly and infectious nature, and Beckett's determination and ability to already talk like a rock star. As Beckett would say "tank ew" for the feels.

I'm pretty sure that the last few days are cutting off, but here is a glimpse at my workouts. I'm adding in Turbo Fire, Body Beast, CIZE and Les Mills as workouts I haven't done before, but all the others I've gone through several times. Different workout every day, no rest days. I've been doing a no rest workout rotation for the past 24 weeks, so I know I am up to doing it. Weekends are the long work outs- no longer than an hour, but no shorter than 40 minutes. Weekends are also where I play catch up if I had to miss a workout during the week. Weeks try to alternate cardio with weight training, and some of the weeks are "rest' weeks--- aka low impact yoga. Week days are no longer than 30 minute workouts, and some of them are even shorter.

beckett spiked a fever again--- freaked me out because the antibiotic should have wiped out any infection. Hopefully is it just viral- was able to bring down with ibuprofen.
Got off at noon today- was planning on staying until 2:30 but it was really slow. Got the boys and came home, played outside a little with Beckett and then went for a walk with Wyatt riding his bike.
Jeremy made Christmas cookies with the boys, and Liam played a lot of videos games.
Tomorrow is Chinese take out and the boys finally get to open their presents. I don't think they realize yet that they only got one present each- it will be interesting to see how they respond.

strept throat for Beckett- Luckily, Liam was already on antibiotics for his infection eczema on his hands--- where's the sarcastic smiley face for this post?
the doctor went ahead and gave us the dosing instructions on Wyatt in case he comes down with a fever. Jeremy texts me from the pediatrician office "pretty sure Beckett and Wyatt used the same tooth brush last night."
He felt a lot better tonight. Was talking up a storm and being really playful. the boys are generally very sweet.

we made the decision to spend Christmas and Christmas Eve at home when Liam was little. Which means the weekend before or after we are traveling. This year, it was the weekend before. Saturday to Ashland and Sunday to Louisville. The drive wasn't too bad. We have Beckett's car seat switched to forward facing in the van, which is the car that we rarely use, and I think that helped a lot. He doesn't harass the person sitting next to him nearly at all.
He is still rear facing in my car--- he will be 21 months soon, and I thought we would make it to the 24 year mark, but he is big for his age. I don't know. Jeremy said he would move it whenever he gets a chance, which knowing him but not be until he is 2 years old if I don't remind him.
I was really disappointed with Ashland this year- it used to be a small and intimate thing- this year, there were literally 8 people I had no idea who they were. Never again. we do not travel 4 hours round trip to see random distant cousins that I do not even know their names. we just won't go. If I have failed to meet you in the past 10 years and you live in Ashland, then sorry about your luck, but I'm not sharing my family's time with you.
Louisville was nice to visit with Rebecca and her family and my parents. I love hearing giggles. It warms by heart.

At the Library last week
Wyatt figured out he likes Marvel Legos (for very short durations of time)
Helping Mommy work out
Gingerbread housing.
Good ole penny Sandy at Meijer
cuddles with everyone
Horse Park 2nd round to ride the train- Liam in underneath Beckett
what surreal weather. Busy day with building a train at Lowe's, then shopping for a new door, then to the HOA lunch with Santa, then home to play outside and naptime, then to the park to pick up bountiful harvest.
I wish there were more fruit in our house besides oranges and apples and bananas. I would love big piles of blackberries and strawberries and good grapes. just got to wait until summer time.
Christmas shopping is almost complete. Just need to have things arrive in the mail so that I can wrap them before next weekend. One present for my mom (I think it's coming from Canada?????) says shipped, but arrival time isn't until 1.21.16---- is there some weird Canada delay with delivery? Like, if really high up North, they only pick up mail once a month? And still need to go to the bank. Because what's Christmas with out money for your 8 nieces and nephews.

from over a month ago--- but here is some of my hard work. Jeremy says I don't technically have a 6 pack, but I'll take it. very proud of my core. my tummy will never be flat, or non-wrinkly, nut that's the price you have to pay for gaining 50 plus pounds per baby and popping out of three of them. My upper body had changed a lot too from this picture- a lot more defined now.

I'm missing wild Alaska salmon, spinach pizza, vegetable dumplings, and vegetable egg rolls from my order-- it looks like a bag of frozen stuff??
could you check on this? |

Hi Virginia,
Thanks for your message. I'm truly sorry your second bin was missing today! I just spoke with our delivery manager, and the driver does not have it on his van right now. I arranged for a fresh bin to be delivered to you tomorrow with the missing items you mentioned. Was there anything else on your invoice that wasn't in your order today? You'll receive an invoice for your redelivery tomorrow, but your card will not be charged a second time. Thanks again for reporting this to us, and if I can assist you with anything else today, please let me know. Have a wonderful evening,
Shelley C.

My apologies, there were two bins delivered- should have been clearer. It's just that neither of the bins contained the frozen stuff, so I was thinking there might have even another bin with that? I went through the checklist that was it the bin, and I got all of the other items that were from the grocery store, just not the frozen stuff---- And I don't really know if all that stuff is frozen--- I'm just assuming it is? It might just be refrigerated.

Hi Virginia,
Thank you for your prompt feedback! I've taken a look at your redeliery invoice and everything here is certainly a frozen item, except for the smoked salmon but either way, you will receiving this this afternoon and our apologies for the oversight and inconvenience this caused for you!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Dear Green Bean Team,
My husband found most of the missing items in the laundry room this evening in a basket of clean clothes. Apparently when I was putting up the bins last night, my 20 month old son Beckett was "helping me." We have recovered everything except for the salmon, which I sure we will be able to find within a few days when it starts to smell.
I sincerely apologize for you having to send out another truck to our house with the replacement items. Please bill us for the items since we received them in duplicate.

man, what a gross day. Had to work about 15 minutes late, then got the boys-- Wyatt got angry at his teacher when she asked him to sit down for circle time and apparently he threw his shoe at her. I'm having a hard time understanding the dynamic about what is going on-- one of the teachers who I talk to keeps trying to down play it and almost gives me the impression the other teacher isn't handling him well. Keeps saying he is bored in that room (he is transitioning this week to the older room).
anyways, doing the best I can with limited information from a 3 year old. Was finally able to talk him through abit about it.
got home, did my workout, Jeremy made dinner- then I cleaned up dishes and did laundry while Jeremy made some chili con carne (that's with dead animal) for his lunch tomorrow.

after a really rough week last week, this week has been so much better. one of the big project I was working on got completed.
The boys are having a lot of fun with their Aunt and Uncle staying with us for the week. Liam adores his Uncle Greg (like almost a little creepy adores--- like he has to be all up in his space and breathing the same air and Greg has to swat him away just to go to the bathroom and Liam would stand outside the door talking to him the entire time if we let him).
I lost my wedding ring on Thursday. And by "I", I mean I took it off to take a nap in the boys room and left it on the stairs to the loft bed and when I went back a few hours later it was gone. Which resulted in me searching the entire house several times, Jeremy too.
Finally found it about 24 hours later at the bottom of the stairs, somewhere we had searched a dozen times. Beckett had gotten it and flung it down the stairs. When I saw it , it was so obvious and I have no idea why I didn't see it to begin with.
Thankful that isn't back on my finger.
My abs have been sore. I've mixed my workouts up a bit than from what is on the schedule because I missed a day last week and was trying to get two shorter workouts together for Thanksgiving since I was off. Anyways, ended up doing like 4 workouts in a row that were ab centric.
Thankful that I love working out. Thankful that the boys come down and "workout" with me, which is total cuteness.

We have a $50 organic fresh turkey. I wanted to get a fresh turkey, but not an organic one since they are freaking $20 more than an organic one, but I deferred to Jeremy to buy one since, really, what right does the vegetarian havin picking out a giant dead bird to eat? But by the time he made it to Costco today, all the non organics were already snug or cooked in people's houses. So, now, there is a $50 organic and non-antibiotic bird in our fridge.
So, we do buy a lot of organics. We get most of our vegetables through green bean delivery. It forces use to get fruits and veggies that outside of our radar during the year, and makes us at a varied diet. And when we get it, I have a pretty self righteous attitude about it... High five, Virginia! Way to spend $3 on a squash. At least it's organic!
We also buy not organic. Cereal... The boys love cereal. Our range of choices are pretty limited though... You would not believe how many cereals have freaking coconut oil in them.
And we do bountiful basket but we did they organic once and didn't really think it was worth the money since you got less food.
Point of this post? I'm not for sure. Maybe that that damn bird better taste like heaven.

November is the anniversary of when I became a vegetarian--- I usually don't think about it too much, except when it comes up and someone asks me how long I have been a vegetarian, and then I have to do some mental math by counting from Thanksgiving of freshman year of high school. It just to be easier to calculate, when I was in college and pharmacy school, but now that I'm an actual grown up, the years after graduation seem to blur together. Like, I really have to think about how long I've been a pharmacist. (5 and a half years).
So, I'm looking at 18 years of being a vegetarian.--- I was 14 when I started and I'm 32 now. So, I've been a vegetarian longer than not.
I was joking with the boys tonight because Jeremy made them turkey sandwiches for dinner, and Beckett was stuffing the lunch meat in his mouth like a crazy man, and I said "you boys are for sure your father's son." and Jeremy made the comment "well, the guy you had the affair with could have eaten a bunch of meat too." And I responded back, "welp, you're raising 'em now, so you're on the hook regardless." It was completely banter and we were teasing each other, and Liam chimes up "it's doesn't even matter!" we sometimes use that phrase when the boys are arguing with each other over something silly and we are trying to put their toddler brains in perspective. Like, when they are fighting over who will sit in the middle carseat in the van--- it doesn't even matter. (in the Prius is a different story--- Beckett is still rearfacing and can annoy the crap out of whoever is sitting in the middle seat--- in the van, his carseat has higher arms so kicking and grabbing is much more difficult).
So very cute that Liam told Jeremy that my imaginary affair doesn't even matter:)

shampoos
For those of you who know anything about me, you know that I love shampoos. Like, different shampoos. tons of variety. Prell, Suave, Aussie, Dove, you name it, I've likely tried it (if less than $10 bucks a bottle). I typically keep an entire buffet in the shower, so I can pretty much use a different shampoo every day. I like how the constant rotation keeps build up from occurring so when you wake up in the morning, you don't have greasy hair. I love shampoo so much, I typically ask for shampoo for Christmas, with the hopes that people will buy me a slightly more expensive brand that I've never tried before because they have some underlying guilt for buying me such a cheap practical thing that brings me happiness.
So, if you can't tell, I like shampoo. Except, now I don't use it anymore.
Rewind about 6 months ago. I had already been through my major post partum hair loss and my regrowth was pretty good--- up to 1.5 inches, so I didn't look like a complete freak. The hair that I managed not to lose was pretty long, but awfully thin and extremely stringing. and would frequently get tangled. I went an entire week trying my rotation of shampoos- deep cleaning, extra moisturizing, damaged hair--- nothing was working to keep my hair from looking like a limp rat's tail.
I needed to try something. and I've heard about no shampooing. people swear by it that do it. They say the oily build up is extra the first few days, but then everything regulates, and you go back to your normal baseline production, rather than your hyped up "you just stripped you head of all its natural oils by scrubbing it with shampoo and now it's going crazy to replenish the horror you did to it" production mode.
I've always hated greasy roots- when my hair was a lot lighter when I was younger, they would literally be black if I made it back the 14th hour of the day and it would look like a bad dye job. So I couldn't cold turkey it right away.
I had some Honest Company bath and body wash- bought a two pack from Costco- I'm always on the lookout for dye free and fragrance body washes for Liam since his skin is so bad. didn't think to check until I got home the ingredients and the damn thing has coconut oil in it, which is one of Liam's HUGE flair up causes. That stuff it literally EVERYWHERE these days. snacks, candy, shampoos.
Anyways, if you have ever tried this stuff, it doesn't suds up. Like, it's not even a soap. Like, I couldn't even shampoo my hair with it if I wanted to if I poured the entire thing on my head.
So I grabbed this out of the cabinet where it had been gathering dust, and put a quarter size squirt into my hands and massaged it into the very top of my head. Not the sides. Not the back. Definitely not the length. Just the top. where my head is the greasiest. Again, it didn't suds up. I imagine that it bound up some of that oil that was there, but didn't completely strip it. then I rinsed.
Finally step... 3 hugh squirts of conditioner down the bottle 8 inches of my hair (my hair was really long at that point). I rolled my hair with the conditioner like I was starting a fire with a stick all the way down to the ends. and let it sit for at least 3 minutes. No conditioner on top of my head. No conditioner at the base of my head.
that was day one. I repeated again and again the next few days. and I'll be damned if my hair didn't start doing exactly what all those no-shampooers say it would do. started getting a healthy shine without excessive greasiness.
Now, I'm not an extremist. Some people will shampoo every 2-3 days. I don't do it that often, but more like every 4 to 5 days. And since I've cut 7 inches off of my hair, I no longer due to conditioner part (almost too short, and I feel like my natural hair oils are able to take over at this length).
I sort of had the ultimate test the other night- I didn't shower the other night (and I always shower at night- have this OCD thing where I can't get into my bed dirty). But I was staying somewhere else, and my co-sleepers were Beckett and a random dog, so I went to bed without showering.
And when I woke up in the morning, my hair was fine. Slightly more texture to the roots, but nothing I would define as greasy. and not a different color. and not digusting to run your hands through.
So, these days I still have a shampoo buffet in my shower. It's just not getting used as often. on my 4th or 5th day, I still want variety to pick from.
If you're thinking about getting my something for Christmas-- go ahead and walk on pass the shampoo aisle this year. I might need some conditioner though:)

I might need some conditioner though:)

not too bad of a day- sleep late (6:45am is late for me). Got the boys up, fed them breakfast, watched a little TV- little disturbed that I put it on Disney only to realize when I went to turn the TV off, it was on Nicholodeon. The little monsters can change the channel. I can barely change the channel.
Took them to daycare, then off to work for a few hours to catch up. I had stayed late yesterday (something I very rarely do), and I still left with a ton of work to complete. I spent a few hours there getting things taken care of, then back home to try and nap- didn't actually sleep but was nice to lounge in bed. Then, up to work out, fold laundry and head back out to get the boys.
Dinner from Taco bell per Liam's request, with frostys for dessert. about 20 minutes of iPad time, and then some homework. Now there are in the nursery playing with a blanket and a laundry basket together- the house is still clean--- I cleaned up after every mess. Space heater is cranking in the bathroom getting ready for bath time. I accidently forgot about the preprogramed thermostat and it freaking got down to 50 in the house--- I just thought I was a pansy because I needed two blankets.
Have my lunch packed for tomorrow and have been lucky enough to text Jeremy a lot today. I miss him a lot. looking forward to him being back in the country

We had friends from out of town stay over this weekend, which involved 5 kids 5 years old younger in my house. It was a fun time, but was glad when everything quieted down.
Going to have the living room carpet shampooed tomorrow, and I am really excited about that. Sometimes I day dream about the day when we can get the house painted and having nice clean walls.
Jeremy is going out of town this week to Mexico for a business thing, and tomorrow he is won't get home until after 7pm- so I get to pretty much do solo parenting for the next 6 out of 7 days. Not looking forward to that. In a pretty good place though and not too short of patience, so hopefully hugs and kisses with prevail rather than snapping and yelling.

went to day of the dead at the Living Arts and Science Center. It was fun, but very crowded and we weren't able to see the performers very well or do all of the activities. Beckett decided he wanted to walk from the cemetery to care and I was tired from holding him for the past hour, and I'll be darned if he didn't walk about a quarter of a mile on his own while holding my hand like the cutest little thing ever. Can't believe he is almost 19 months old. Bittersweet to go through these stages since he will be the last little one.
we've never had 100 kids come trick or treating, and I always buy 120 or 150 pieces of candy and have a ton of stuff left over. So this year, I only got 90 pieces. And we had over 150 kids. whomp whomp. I ended up giving out fiber one bars. Which, although the kids were disappointed, they won't be once they eat one of those things because they are like crack.
I hid the boys candy and created a scavenger hunt for them to find it. Liam should get a kick out of figuring out the clues and the other boys will have fun just running around the house.

the dreaded cold--- when the house is set at 68 and I'm always freezing :( how many months until it gets warm again? I hope that tomorrow evening isn't too miserable trick or treating. I don't want to be cold and wet!
Diet is going really well. Yesterday was a desert day at work for a co-workers retirement party. I've known it's been coming a for a while, so I made sure I didn't waste any slurges for the week leading up to it. I got a plateful, but not my normal plateful of overflowing, and if I didn't love something that I tried, I didn't finish it. silly to waste calories on something that isn't healthy and isn't even that good. I felt horrible afterward from the sugar rush, but it was almost nice in a way because it was very obvious that I felt bad from the sweets and it was nice to think--- see-- you don't need platefuls of crap.
the number on the scale is going down, but I'm not really going by that since it doesn't seem to correspond to my clothes fitting. Still haven't brought myself to trying on the pants that made me feel so bad from my last post, but maybe in next week or the week after.
I want to stop being so short tempered with the boys--- sometimes it's like peaks and valleys. for sure in a valley right now--- beckett will antagonize Wyatt (he does it to Liam too, but Liam thinks it is amusing), Liam will antagonize Wyatt, Liam does things even after you repeatedly tell him to stop, Wyatt gets into EVERYTHING. I know it will get better, but I just wish I could go a day without raising my voice--- is that too much to ask?
I was thinking that when Liam is 10, I bet he will be as tall as me.

You would think that I would have learned to take a Benadryl the night I watch the Walking Dead so that I won't be up all night thinking about the show, but I don't.
I've been pretty strict with my diet using an app. 1300 calories total intake- which ends up being like 1800 calories or so after you throw in my workout for the day. no candy or cookies or chips or empty calories- veggies and protein.
Anyways, I was feeling all good to have reached 145 because I've made this mental decision that 145 is my new pre-pregnancy 140 pounds because I have a ton more muscle now. Insert eye roll now... I don't have a ton more muscle to weigh more. I might be more tone now, but when I went to try on my size 8 pants that I fit when I'm 140, they only fit when I was standing. False sense of security. By the time I put the boy's shoes on, sat on the couch to cuddle and bent over to put on their jackets, they were cutting into me so badly, it was making me like crawling out of my skin. and I was angry at myself for being disillusioned with myself. So, I ran back to the bedroom to get old faithful size 10 black pants.
Dear post pregnancy body,
I know I've put you through a lot. and I know we work very well together getting stronger. and I will forgive you for the sometimes multiple times I have to stop working out to pee. Beckett is now 18 months... and I have pants that I can not wear (at least comfortably). And this is just one little victory that I would like to win. I want to be able to wake up, and put on pants without any form of elastic in the waist, and be able to utter a sigh of contentment for the perfect fit. I'm not asking for a size 0. Heck, I don't even want a size 6. I want a size 8....
Here are my protein sources:
eggs (scrambled or hard boiled)
muscle milk light shakes
premier protein bars
blackbean burgers
cottage cheese
light and fit greek yogurt
Kasha protein cereral
also have had in the past two weekends- black beans, split peas, tofu, slices of cheddar cheese, gouda
veggies- lots of salad, just a tablespoon of whatever dressing, steamed broccoli, whatever veggies Jeremy sautees up for dinner

what a beautiful weekend. Went to Biwater farm on Saturday and did lots of activities there. Went to Meijer in the morning and got a bunch of things. We haven't gone there in a really long time because we usually get everything from Costco, greenbean , or bountiful harvest.
I have been working to help around the house a lot. Jeremy is going in to work every day now, so he doesn't leave work until 5pm. and doesn't get home until after we do. It is a huge adjustment, considering that we have been used to him pretty much having dinner on the table when we get home every day for the past 5 years.
But, I'm picking up the slack with dishes and laundry and picking up. I cleaned up the garden and the outside stuff. Not going to be doing any cooking anytime soon.

Family came to visit on Saturday, and it was a fun day. maybe not enough food though. Sunday we went on a train ride to a pumpkin patch. I should have likely have stayed home with Beckett and Jeremy just take the other boys, but it wasn't too bad.
I am seriously spending every minute outside that I can. I think I've come up with a battle plan for the winter though, if the basement doesn't get too cold. it is currently cleaned up, with plenty of space to ride loops with bikes and the Jeep if needed.

I have been having very bad stomach cramps the last three days. I've been taking ibuprofen because that usually helps, but now I've determined I've given myself an ulcer. Working out tonight was pretty painful.
Day in and day out I deal with people that don't make sense. They aren't rationale, they have unreal expectations, they are narcissistic. I have learned that arguing to them doesn't work. Nothing you can will sway them. On the flip side, listening to them is a wAste of time. So, I do what I can to help them. I won't let my feelings or irritation change my actions in hand,in a situation, even if they are the most horrible thing that has walked the earth and their problems are 100% their fault.... I process the fill or the replacement or file the police report or say no the 100th time and go on to the next issue. I don't sat yes to make my job easier for the issue to go away, I don't delay taking care of an issue because it serves them right and I never "lose" a problem before it is resolved.

Going to bed soon so that I can get up to see the moon in a bit. Lots of fun today at Liam's birthday party. Glad that all the kids came and had fun. It was a blast. Sore from my workouts the past few days. In to the weight lifting section of my rotation. I don't think tricep push-ups, but if you just do them, you won't like them any better, but man, you can do them better.

Shut down animal kingdom and Epcot. Two more parks to go. Having fun, extremely tired, super humid, but peeing clear. Jeremy and I haven't snapped at each other, and we haven't had to threaten the boys too much.... Thank goodness for snacks and cute boys and Liam running down the hallway to our hotel room even after 12 hours in the park today. We walked 9 miles today.

the fast few days have been so beautiful.
Got the boys tickets for Disney yesterday. Stopped by CVS to get Liam's inhalers.
Tomorrow I need to go by Babies r Us to get some overnight diapers.
My workouts when we leave for Disney are all pretty much cardio and plyometric stuff and I don't have to worry about weights or pull bars or even yoga mats. pretty sweet. Although I would have made it happen if it was.
Jeremy got some reassuring news today. hopefully we can get some things settled in the next few weeks.

well, Jeremy realized about 5 minutes before we were to leave for Raven Run that he forgot to pay the car insurance and we had been driving without insurance since the first. And we couldn't pay it online and the office didn't open until Monday at 8am. So, we were home bound for the weekend. We did bike to Graters and to the park and down the Legacy Trail and had take out with the neighbors (which they went and got).
Jeremy got to run both days this weekend. I got to do both my long workouts.
lots of fun times in all. Very impressed by Liam and his ability to bike, even when he is tired.

Raven run tomorrow. Anniversary dinner. State fair. Disney world. Dentist. Walking at the horse park Monday. Need tickets for the boys. Plan visit with family in Florida. Decide on 3 or 4 days in the park. Two suitcase, two carry ones, five personal items. Two car seats, one booster, one stroller, one carrier We need size 6 diapers. Not really five personal. Diaper bag and Liam's backpack. Then Jeremy's backpack and my backpack. Have to be able to carry everything. Wonder if there is a Costco nearby. Need to spend $5 rewards at baby's r us. Dentist for Liam too. I wonder if I can take Liam for this 5 year at becketts 18 month well baby. Too cold to go to the pool if less that 84 degrees. Losing days, fall will be here soon. Trip to south bend, Jeremy to St. Louis, Jeremy stay at home? Bourbon chase, work out, then work out more. Kisses and cuddles, not starting school. Growing too big, need more clothes. Too tall. Playing with neighborhood kids. Halloween. Candy. Leaves.

Had a yard sale this morning. Did pretty good. It got really hot and tiring before we called it a day though. Our air conditioning unit upstairs broke. The boys ended up taking their naps on the couch. The guy came by to fix it at around 4pm. It's working now, very glad.
Our good friends are moving to Owensboro and I'm really going to miss them.

Liam's bridging ceremony was this evening where he graduates to the next room. Pretty cute, lots of singing. I need to get off my butt and do my workout tonight. Its a very short one.
There's drama going on, and it will be very interesting how our family is changed over the next few months. I hope that it is resolved before we got to Florida in the beginning of September because I would like to hang out with Mickey without a care in the world and so would Jeremy.

Jeremy got a lottery ticket on Wednesday. We didn't win. I was sorta surprised.
Going to the Horse Park today when they boys wake up for their naps. Here is my new workout schedule (very hard core, no rest days scheduled. Mon-Friday are 30 minutes or less, weekends are up to an hour work out. if I do need a rest day, will try to do doubles on one of the day.
