Sometime in the past 6 months, I’ve lost the ability to sleep without socks on. My toes get too cold. But I have gained the ability to sleep with my wedding band on which is really weird. I could never do it because my hands swell when I sleep and the diamond would always get caught on my sheets. Until they didn’t.

Jeremy got a new job. He lost his old job because his Marriott got bought out from being corporate so now he is over hotels in ohio and  he has to travel. It’s okay but I really miss him when he’s gone. Two days last week and another one day this week and two more the week after. He’s going great things but it’s overwhelming.

Work is fine for me. Plug and chug and get it done. I’m sharing my office for the time being and it’s a new person every two weeks which is interesting. I think it will be fine. Or it won’t be and I’ll still plug and chug.

My goal tomorrow is to get my hair cut since it has been 3 months since my last one and pin the boys down to get theirs trimmed too. I got new clipper blades and their hair was so cute the last time I
Cut it.

wow, it's been a minute since I've updated. ready for this summer to start. the boys only have a few more weeks of school and then they are going to Martial Arts USA across town. This summer, wyatt is going to do well at the summer program.  I wish it were closer, but it's only the summer and it isn't too far from my work.

Next year will be a struggle with their afternoon program at GME.

I just hope there are good people around Wyatt.

I had a really fun time at the zoo with my sister and family yesterday. the boys were so good, and didn't whine at all, and I was just so nice to be around them.  I wish every day was like that.  Beckett was all the cuteness looking at the animals.

Tomorrow we are going to Cincy for two days, and I hope those days are just as good.

I did my first refeed day for 80 Day Obsession. I  still need to eat a carb and an oil, which is really surprising because i'm usually done with eating by 6pm.  But there was a hiccup in getting my post work out meal and it was super delayed, so all my other meals were delayed as well.

But man, it was SOOOOO good. It is so true that you really appreciate food more when you cut sugar out.  All the crap really zones out your taste buds.  I never enjoyed that zucchini burger as much as a I did today, even without the cheese that usually goes on it.  It was amazing.

We have another refeed day in two weeks, and Jeremy wants to go to Joelle's hot chicken.  He is going to count the breading on the tenders as a supplemental carb, and I'm going to get their kale salad with vegan tenders. That salad is one of my favorites, even when I'm not on a sugar ban.

I'm thankful for all the fresh veggies.

This program is set to end on October 3rd. It was actually supposed to end on October 1st, but we will have had to repeat 2 days so that Jeremy can still run out at todds road without having leg day on Saturday.  Then I'm going to take a break until Feb and restart it.  Maybe.  I like how strong I feel, even though its really hard and I feel tired a lot.  I think it's because my calories are still at a deficit, but that will change next month during phase 3 when I finally get to maintenance.

Even so, between October and Feb, I'm going to try to only have one cheat day per week, which will be about 4 days a month.  This way of eating is actually so healthy for you, and I've been doing it in various forms with my new years resolution, just not in the right proportions. Too many fruits or too much protein or too much carbs.  There are so many ways you can mess up especially if you don't count calories, which I don't like too do.

I started 80 day obsession earlier this month, and it's day 18, and man, I am really tired today.  in 8 days, I get to increase my food intake, and I'm excited about that. I eat all the time, but it's all healthy stuff and I start eating early, so by 6pm I'm doing eating for the day and that is said.

can see lots of changes though, which is neat because I thought I was already in excellent shape.

Okay,
I've been doing sooo well with my New Years resolution. And I know that is going to hell in a hand basket because of this cruise.  Free candy. Free pizza. you can order as many meals as you want. what. in. the. world.

A few years ago, I went to Vegas. I wanted to go to one of those all you can eat really crappy buffets. But there were none. At least, there were none that weren't like $50. and at that point. it's not all you can eat. It's all you can get to try and get your money's worth in an hour.  So we didn't got.

This.  This is my all you can eat buffet. But rather than being restricted to an hour or two, I will be 8 days and 7 nights of gluttony.

So I'm getting to be a lean mean fighter machine the 10 days prior to leaving.  15K steps. 45 minutes of activity. 20 flights of stairs. 1200 calories. 10 days. I can do that for 10 days. Then when I get to the cruise, hopefully the damage can be minimized. I still plan on working out on the cruise, if I can still fit in my workout clothes by the end of it.
